2 Week fat loss course

This course is designed to help you lose those stubborn couple of pounds you want off or to kick start your fitness journey. Guaranteed to make you sweat if you push yourself hard enough and you will see results with the correct food plan. Comprising of 11 days of exercise with 3 days rest, consisting of full body, upper body, lower body and core HIIT routines lasting a maximum of 15 minutes (music to our ears!)

This course is designed to promote a strong core and help you on your way to a defined abdominal area! No one gains a six pack overnight and it can only be achieved with the correct nutrition, however this course will be sure to get you on your way! Incorporate this course alongside your other workouts to sustain a good fitness level.

6 week re shape - fully body

This course is the longest between all my courses and the most challenging. At the end of this you will see changes in your body, fitness level and motivation. The course is built to get you into a fitness habit (that will become part of you daily life) and is a good base to help you achieve any fitness goal. 26 days of workouts and 16 days rest, this course is comprised of HIIT routines and a cardio workout once a week. No equipment is needed, but if you want to challenge yourself you can add weights at points.
